On February 18th, 2011 PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC has made a 5th External Audit or Continuous Assessment Visit-5 (CAV-5) for Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2008 which was done by Badan Sertifikasi ISO (ISO Certification Body). This CAV-5 was to ensure and review whether PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC’s QMS ISO 9001:2008 certification is still effective and in compliance.
The result of this External Audit by Badan Sertifikasi ISO (BSI) and PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC’s performance which is periodically monitored and shows that PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC has met its quality target is that PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC is ELLIGIBLE TO CONTINUE holding ISO 9001:2008 Certification. The External Audit did not find any Major issue or discrepancy regarding ISO System implementation in PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC. Should there be just one Major Issue then PT. PUDAK SCIENTIFIC’s ISO Certificate will be revoked/suspended.
